Ann Macias is a Riverside native that attended La Sierra High School, Riverside Community College and the University of California, Riverside.

Ann’s professional background encompasses 15 years in the Temporary Help Industry and Human Resources.  She served as the Director of Human Resources for the Riverside Medical Clinic for 2 years, managing all of the HR issues for 9 locations and 640 employees.

In 1990 Ann left her career in HR and opened a commercial cleaning service in Riverside.  She is very proud of the quality service that she created and has maintained throughout the years.  Evidence of this is found in the length of time that her customers have utilized her services.  Among those are Riverside Community Hospital (18 years), The Canyon Crest Towne Centre (30 years), Burgess North American Van Lines (22 years)

Ann has been very active in her service to the community.  She was on the Board of Directors for Riverside Hospice from 1991-1997, serving 3 terms as Board President from 1994 -1997.  Ann was a member of Riverside Kiwanis from 1991-2003.  In 2001, Ann was named the County of Riverside’s Volunteer of the Year. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Volunteer Center of Riverside County from 2000-2006, fulfilling the duties of President of the Board from 2002-2005.  She was a member of the Board of Directors for ADV (Alternatives to Domestic Violence) from 2006 through 2009 and served 2 terms as Board President.
